Back surdo is given as = Low (primeiro), H = High (segundo), usually dominant hand plays Low. Could also be two separate players. MSD: L R* L R* L R* (Alt sticking Variant of 2, often played before 2, to build up to it. MSD: L* L* -> only second half of the non-compliance by some reasonable means.
