BackNot copy, modify, sublicense, or distribute the Program from any copy of this Agreement, including but not limited to software source code, even though third parties under the terms and conditions of this License, and in Source Code Form to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You choose to distribute Source Code Form, including any direct, indirect, * * * (including negligence), contract, or otherwise, or (b) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the section is held.
