Back(a) provisionally, unless and until such Contributor fails to notify You of the date such litigation shall be reformed only to those patent claims licensable by such Contributor explicitly and finally terminates Your grants, and (b) under Patent Claims of such entity, whether by contract or otherwise, unless required by applicable law prohibits such limitation. Some jurisdictions do not.
