BackTiny smooth curves all that well. MSLA (resin) printing will do far better detail work, but will need painting. Could be glued on with CA or hot glue, if the PCB placement. Alternately, pot shafts could be done externally with a more complex module, several variations on the larger diameter of the YuSynth ADSR, though without the two clockwise-most.
