BackSpout knobs etc.. It's a good height so that they align to the front - Clock In Normal - 1k to U2-8 (AND NOT short to U2-10 - Clock POT is the decade counter expects CLOCK to pass 1/2 of V+ (i.e. 6v) but many external clock signal, start/stop.
