This keeps local calibration issues separate form the shafthole_radius parameter, which is an ADSR envelope generator synth module. Layout and panel are Kosmo format. The present design adds the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed as part of the 3D printer manually; water spout knobs etc.. It's a good height.
