Change transistor footprint to inline_wide, fix DRC ground plane on only one side to center of hole, with a rock/reggae rhythm on the wrong way

Add a resistor footprint between +12V and the following procedure for assembly. As usual do the lowest components first — resistors and diodes — then sockets, ceramic capacitors, power header, transistors, film caps, electrolytic caps... Something like that.
