This requires Futura font files. The Filmoscope Quentin font face is not available, but a bitmap generator is available for arbitrary text (using size = 200) at: https://www.myfonts.com/collections/quentin-font-urw?tab=individualStyles

FIREBALL VCO png produces a panel title in the 1st edition AD&D typeface Filmotype Quentin (modifed to remove isomorphic elements, since this will actually be printed 3D).
