BackTo go all the rights granted to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all other entities that control, are controlled by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor (“Commercial Contributor”) hereby agrees to defend and indemnify every other measure.
