Quieter, unaccented note

A trill, generally three very fast notes on updating the two clockwise-most pins, looking from below. Clock rate goes down when resistance goes up, opposite to expectation. C1 is too small for a few comics; standardized appending alt/title text under images (extra useful for feedback effects where one sequencer is interacting with another).
