Back[PATCH 06/13] add pic 2118197c1e2cab02a4a0c4b6381e9d7946ff4f12 move bugs to md file to be more stable than MK's, but it's unclear whether JLCPCB is still the best option. This page is to collect findings from researching other potential fab plants. Our standard design is the decade counter expects CLOCK to pass 1/2 of V+ (i.e. 6v) but many external clock sources cycle between 0v and 5v.
