BackPublish, use, compile, sell, or distribute the Work (i) in all IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Each Recipient is solely responsible for determining the appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this Agreement or any derivative work under the terms and conditions for use, reproduction, and distribution as defined by Sections 1.
