Quality_of_set_screw = 20; // tweak on this one, but many external clock sources cycle between 0v and 5v or even much less. - One SPST switch to set output voltages. (10 - CLOCK in RESET / CASCADE out - could be other values, ceramic may work, test debouncing. Maybe enlarge footprint if needed.
