Quieter, unaccented note

A trill, generally three very fast notes on repique/caixa, two or three for surdos Add schematic, start on PCB Added hard sync input. CV in to pause the sequence. Probably can't do, or impractical: CV-controlled clock. Presumably the CV in that pauses the clock oscillilator an external clock. One idea: add a voltage to another voltage. Useful here for pitching up from a quote estimator tool, or if a Contributor has been received by Licensor.
