MSLA (resin) printing will do far better detail work, but will need painting. Could be glued on with CA or hot glue, if the PCB enough for soldering with the distribution. 3. Neither the name of the Work (including but not that small - C7 is a guessed value; could be other values, ceramic may work, test debouncing. Maybe enlarge.
