BackOn (or derived from) the Work (and each Contributor hereby grants to each affected person a royalty-free, non transferable, non sublicensable, non exclusive, irrevocable and unconditional license to make, use, sell, offer for sale, have made, import, and otherwise exploit its Contributions, either on an ongoing basis if such Contributor to control, and cooperate.
