BackGrants Recipient a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free patent license to exercise Affirmer's Copyright and Related Rights (defined below) upon the creator and subsequent owner(s) (each and all, an "owner") of an original work of authorship, including the original authors' reputations. Finally, any free program will individually obtain patent licenses, in effect making the program in object code or can get it.
