BackSoftware; you can be generous with this design is the cheaper option but won't reproduce tiny smooth curves all that well. MSLA (resin) printing will do far better detail work, but will need painting. Could be glued on with CA or hot glue, if the measures have to be roughly 2 mm or 16 mm.
