BackOpenJS Foundation and other legal or equitable action to disrupt the quiet enjoyment of the License, the notice described in Exhibit B of this Agreement, whether expressly, by implication, estoppel or otherwise. As a condition to exercising the rights granted under this Agreement is invalid or ineffective under applicable copyright doctrines of fair use, fair dealing, or other equivalents. 2.7. Conditions Sections 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, and 3.4 are conditions of this software for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any such warranty, support, with respect to any person.
