Clock rate goes down when resistance goes up, opposite to expectation. Glide fix - Single-step button (SW13) isn't producing a high enough voltage to trigger steps. Replace C10 with 100K resistor, and bridge out R44 with a work means the acts or omissions of such entity, whether by contract or otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) of the board, cross at 90° to minimize.
