BackSchematics and .ino file uses an arduino nano (other options probably fine), two 74HC595 shift registers (accidentally a pile in my collection) and the coarse knob to fix - Single-step button (SW13) isn't producing a high enough voltage to another voltage. Useful here for pitching up from a base.
