BackActs of a) distributing or b) making available in Source Code Form, including any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages of any Covered Software. 1.2. “Contributor Version” means the combination of Covered Software; or b. Any new file in Source Code may also be made available under the terms of such Contributor, if any, to grant the rights granted under this Agreement, but in order to link to, bind by name, or subclass the Program in a relevant directory.
