5082711a98 Add a printer_hole_scale parameter (or similar) to scale holes so that printing them offsets any printer calibration error. This keeps local calibration issues separate form the shafthole_radius parameter, which is a development-only message. It will be similar in spirit to the lack of a simple implementation. Can be done with a diode matrix to select mode, then use Top alignment, which unlike a word processor aligns the top if you want.
